Construction Safety Management Of Super High-rise Building In XiamenShimao Strait Building

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization,the building industry with many related industries and great social impact is one of the most dynamic and large-scale basic industries in China.In recent years,to make more rational use of limited land resources,the scale of domestic construction projects and the height of monomer buildings have increased significantly.The construction safety management of super high-rise building has the characteristics of wide range,difficulty and need to coordinate work,as well as the inherent property of the foundation buried depth,the high body structure and the long construction period,and there are a large number of hidden dangers in the construction.Since the safety hidden dangers are dynamically developed,once the safety accident is issued,it will cause huge losses of personnel and property.This puts forward higher requirements for the safety marnagement of super high-rise buildings.As the super high rise building in the southeast coastal area,the safety management of Xiamen Shimao Strait building as a super high rise building is greatly influenced by the objective conditions such as geology and climate,which is more difficult to manage in the construction process than other super high rise buildings.This thesis mainly study super high-rise building construction safety management difficulties and countermeasures from the following aspects.First of all,in order to further explain the significance and background of this study,the related situations of high-rise buildings at home and abroad are studied and analyzed.In order to achieve the intended research purpose,the construction and safety management of super high-rise buildings are systematically introduced.Then,analyze the specific problems of the Xiamen Shimao Strait building project,include typical representative of the super high-rise buildings,such as the high height of the project,the depth of the foundation pit,the structure of the Twin Towers,the sculpt of the sailing ship,the tight time and the small site;and safety management difficulties of the seaside super high-rise building project,such as seaside construction and the landfills etc.According to these characteristics,the project of construction safety management is put forward,and the process and effect of the hydraulic climbing mould,tower crane,fire fighting,and the practice of "safe behavior star" practice in Xiamen Shimao Strait building are expounded.Finally,in view of the difficulties and Countermeasures of the construction safety management of the super high-rise building in Xiamen Shimao Strait building,this thesis puts forward the innovation of the construction safety management of super high-rise buildings,Sum up the contribution of this topic and the significance of this project,and looks forward to the shortcomings of this thesis and the direction of this topic.
