Community is the basic unit of city composition.Community commercial space refers to the community life street with centralized community commercial center or commercial block as the core and extension.It is located in the community and surrounding areas to provide people with shopping,leisure and communication activities.It is an important part of urban public space.With the continuous improvement of the urbanization level and the large-scale construction of urban residential areas,the living quality of the residence itself has been greatly improved.However,as a living supporting community commercial space,in addition to meeting the needs of residents in the daily life function configuration and cultural entertainment and leisure activities,whether more residents bound by virtual network can go out of their homes and experience the neighborhood interaction The sense of community belonging,which promotes the overall spatial quality and vitality of urban communities,has become an urgent problem to be solved in the information age.Based on Ternary interactive determinism,Behavior place theory,Demand level theory and other related basic theories,this paper enumerates the elements of the vitality of urban community commercial space,analyzes the relationship between the vitality of space,the behavior of residents,and the form of space,and analyzes the daily travel characteristics and community commercial facilities of the residents of two typical commercial spaces in the new and old urban areas of Shenyang Demand and satisfaction survey,and use the Internet open data to compare and analyze the behavioral vitality center and spatial form vitality center of the two communities' commercial space,explore the reasons for the vitality of the community's commercial space and the problems existing in the lack of vitality,and then combine the different impact and new trend of the diversity of residents' behavior on the community's commercial space under the new consumption form,to provide the community The paper puts forward improvement strategies for the construction and promotion of the vitality of the commercial space in the district.The purpose of this paper is to create a dynamic community commercial space,to put forward strategies for residents to improve and enhance the environmental quality of the community commercial space,and to explore the integrity of the reasonable urban commercial space structure level from the city level commercial center,the regional level commercial center to the community level commercial space.At the same time,it also provides the reference of residents' behavior perspective for the preliminary planning and development positioning,overall planning and architectural design,operation management and maintenance update of residential areas,and provides effective suggestions for the refinement and quality construction of commercial real estate development and update.The innovation of the research method in this paper is to explore the comprehensive application of traditional urban macro level research data such as Internet open big data to micro community level research,the formation of multi-source data by using field survey data and network open data,the use of SPSS software for mathematical analysis and Arc GIS platform for spatial analysis,etc.,which is a beneficial study of community level spatial vitality Try to study the concept of urban public space such as street,green space and community commerce as the whole object,endow the daily life of residents with commerciality and economy,more in line with the shaping of community space form under the current commercial development mode,and sum up the feasible strategies for building the vitality of community commercial space from the purpose of how to attract residents It makes the research results more operable.
