Study On Conservation And Reuse Programing Of Zhaoxinyaoye Industrial Heritage

Since the first industrial revolution in the 18 th century,machinery has gradually replaced manpower.In the industrial 2.0 era,the popularization of electric power has given machinery a stable driving force and significantly improved productivity.In the industry 3.0 era,machinery is separated from manual operation,which opens the era of mechanical automation.In the era of industry 4.0,more flexible and adaptable new modes of production emerged,and the surge of productivity promoted the progress of the society,which also led to the adjustment and transformation of the industrial structure.Many traditional industries are facing economic crisis due to the difficulty of transformation and low production capacity.These production and social problems have led to the gradual decline of industrial areas,triggered the thinking of experts and scholars on urban renewal,and gradually carried out the practice of industrial heritage protection and reuse.Through the investigation and research on the existing industrial heritage conservation and reuse projects,the author finds that the public participation in industrial heritage projects is not high and the functional orientation is homogenized.The original intention of protection and reuse of industrial heritage is to integrate and utilize the idle resources with outstanding value.The protection and reuse of industrial heritage can only be concluded scientifically through systematic planning process.Based on the theory of value activation and the theory of architectural planning,this paper analyzes the value composition and value function of industrial heritage.Through the value activation process,this paper systematically analyzed the protection and reuse of industrial heritage,grasped the basis of planning,extracted the elements of planning,and analyzed the steps of planning.The planning process of this paper is a comprehensive guiding method that not only preserves the value of heritage itself,but also does not lose the value of heritage reuse.Through the planning of Zhaoxinyaoye industry industrial heritage project,this paper explores the feasibility of planning the protection and reuse of industrial heritage under the thought of value activation.This paper hopes to explore the preliminary working process of Zhaoxinyaoye industrial heritage project through the protection and reuse planning.By integrating the protection and reuse contents of zhaoxin’s industrial heritage in the kiln industry,the project planning method of Zhaoxinyaoye was studied,and the planning conclusion was tested and amended.The planning ideas with reference significance for the protection and reuse of Zhaoxinyaoye and the planning system with reference value for the protection and reuse projects of industrial heritage were obtained.
