| The BIM three-dimensional information technology concept is to create a three-dimensional information model that integrates relevant information at each stage of the project.Based on this model,complete the life-cycle work mode of project planning,design,construction,and operation management.BIM technology can visually display the related functions of project design,management,and construction simulation,which improves the efficiency and quality of the project.At present,China’s BIM technology has been applied to general industrial and civil construction projects,and the technical level has also been rapidly improved.However,the application of BIM technology in the country’s large-scale infrastructure construction is still in its infancy,and various standards and specifications have not yet been formed,which has restricted the application of BIM technology in the infrastructure construction to a certain extent.However,there are few cases in which BIM technology is applied in the field of bridge engineering construction,and it is still in the exploration and research stage.This paper analyzes the development of BIM technology and its application in bridge engineering,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each BIM platform,and selects Revit as the modeling software,focusing on the application prospect and application of BIM in steel bridge projects.This article is based on a large-span single-tower mixed-beam cable-stayed bridge project as the basis for this research.Through the study of refined modeling and the creation of a BIM model,the finite element calculation analysis and analysis of reasonable bridge formation conditions are completed in Midas Civil The results of Unity 3D construction simulation design are as follows:(1)The Revit modeling software of Autodesk is used to complete the establishment of the structural member family library and temporary construction facility family library of the cable-stayed bridge.The components are positioned and assembled to complete the BIM model of the entire bridge.(2)Utilizing the finite element analysis software Midas Civil and BIM modeling software Revit can well identify the features of the.DXF format file,splitting and importing the BIM model components into the finite element software for combination,establishing the corresponding finite element model and Complete the calculation of the structure of the bridge.(3)Import the Revit model into Navisworks,and apply the collision check function to complete the collision check of the bridge’s main tower embedded components and other related components.The preliminary check of the design drawings will reduce the drawing problems in the actual construction process.(4)The application of Unity 3D software combined with the 3D model and construction plan of the cable-stayed bridge to achieve 4D construction progress simulation and preview of the construction process of the cable-stayed bridge.The application software has realized theconstruction process of fine and visual management and accurately controlled the construction period.At the same time,complete the AR application APP,complete the augmented reality display function of the visual model,and realize the transformation of the building model from the PC side to the mobile terminal.This thesis takes the long-span single-tower hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge as the research object,and simulates the virtual construction of the main beam construction process,realizing the advance preview of the actual project in the computer,early detection of potential problems in actual construction,and on-site construction Providing effective software and technical support has guiding significance for on-site construction,and can be used as a reference for similar bridge construction. |
