The Research Of The Development Policy Of Changchun Automotive Parts Industry

Changchun auto parts manufacturing industry has developed from small to large with the development of Changchun FAW Group.Looking at the development history of the auto parts industry in the past 60 years,we have indeed made countless progress and achievements,but there are still big differences in R&D,intelligent manufacturing and production efficiency between mainstream countries and international countries.On December 21,2016,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in Jilin province hall officially released the Jilin province industrial "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" development planning,including: to establish and perfect auto parts industry coordination system,lightweight manufacturing system,independent research and development system,and strive to break through a number of key core technology of auto parts,auto parts enterprises supporting facilities perfect,the key to build a batch of automobile and parts industry leading enterprises and talents,promote Changchun automobile and parts industry to go global.Auto parts industry policy is of great importance and irreplaceable to the stable development of auto parts industry.Based on the relevant academic research results of the auto parts industry,this paper starts with the overall development of the auto industry and auto parts in Changchun.Since its establishment,China's auto parts industry has been inseparable from the support of a series of national industrial policies.After sorting out the auto parts industry policies issued by relevant government departments over the years,it is found that the stable development of Changchun auto parts industry is a new engine driving Changchun's economic growth,a new fulcrum promoting the integration of industry and city,and a new name card for Changchun's urban development.However,Changchun auto parts industry also has some problems,such as low degree of industrialclustering,lack of core technology of products,lack of high-end talents and weak international competitiveness.From the perspective of industrial policy,the top-level design of industrial policy is highly supportive,but the policy is not targeted enough.Although the content of the policy refers to vigorous support,the goal is vague.In the aspect of industrial policy system,although relevant services are optimized,the matching of industrial policy is insufficient.Finally,on the basis of policy analysis,it puts forward three industrial policy measures,namely,scientific and frontier policy making,sound policy system and "policy combination",to find out the development direction and key points of Changchun auto parts industry.Expect through these analysis,the writer in the "revitalization of the northeast" and"made in China 2025" strategy overall plan as a whole and the overall planning,for Changchun comes 14 "Changchun city national economic and social development five-year plan outline,reasonable and effective Suggestions for Changchun auto parts industry growth,cultivating the independent innovation ability,transform the development mode of BSFLP.
