Research On The Post Evaluation System Of The Electric Energy Metering Device Transformation Project

With the rapid development of the current economy,people’s demand for energy is increasing day by day.With the increasing pressure of resources and environment,in this case,the power market has a growing demand for the realization of intelligent voice,and the real-time and stability of electricity consumption by residents and enterprises are becoming more and more perfect.Electric energy metering device is the basis of reasonable and fair settlement between power supply enterprises and power users,and is an important infrastructure in power marketing.Its existence is directly related to the interests and legitimate rights and interests of both sides of power supply and power consumption,and is a key component of power users and power supply network terminal equipment.Accurate electric energy metering equipment is an important guarantee to ensure fair and just transactions.At present,the speed of power facilities construction and economic development is very fast.In the past,the household electric energy metering device can not meet the demand more and more in use,so the transformation of electric energy metering device is imminent.Inner Mongolia electric power company and its sub bureaus launched a renovation project for residential power metering devices.In this process,a huge amount of money and a large amount of time and personnel investment have been generated.Therefore,for such a huge investment,the corresponding results must bring corresponding returns to ensure its scientificity and effectiveness,which is particularly important for the post evaluation of the measurement transformation project,and has become a hot issue for the current power companies and their branches.Based on the existing theories at home and abroad,combined with the demand for electricity and the development of residential energy metering devices,this paper takes Baotou Power Supply Bureau of Inner Mongolia power company as an object to study the transformation project of energy metering devices,analyzes and tests the benefits after the transformation,and through the economic benefits,social benefits,management benefits and technology brought by the project The study of benefit putsforward new ideas for the future power grid construction.In addition to the demonstration of the urgency and necessity of the transformation of residential power metering device,this paper also combines with management,establishes a set of evaluation system for the transformation project of residential power metering device,determines its indicators,and uses the power metering device of Baotou Power Supply Bureau of Inner Mongolia power company Taking the transformation project as an example,the paper makes a concrete analysis and in-depth evaluation,and draws a conclusion that the transformation project of the electric energy metering device is "good" by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Based on the combination of management and economics,this paper analyzes the transformation project of electric energy metering device as an example to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
