| With the acceleration of the pace of industrialization,China’s economy has developed rapidly and its dependence on energy has become stronger.Electric power belongs to clean energy and the demand will be greater.To increase the investment and construction of power transmission and distribution projects is the primary task to ensure power supply.At the same time,with the constant improvement of the economic level,the public life of the electrification of the accelerated,transmission and distribution grid construction also begin to enter unprecedented comprehensive construction stage,however,does not match with the construction of the overall acceleration process of project construction,project schedule management is not science quality management does not reach the designated position,the project cost management is not ideal,lead to transmission and distribution project construction management is difficult to guarantee.Power transmission and transformation engineering projects generally have long lines and large quantities,so investment and construction are bound to be an extremely large number.In the construction process,the high efficiency of project management can play a key role in the early completion and use of the project,and the quality of the project can also be guaranteed.Paper to power supply company of power transmission and transformation project investment risk evaluation and management as the research subject,in CL electric power supply company,for the specific case study,using the method of literature investigation,and the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,such as power transmission and transformation project of CL power supply company investment management existence question has carried on the thorough elaboration,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for project investment risk evaluation,to speed up the construction progress and save money to expand the CL power supply company profit space to promote stability,reliability,security and economy of power supply of a good purpose.The research results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it points out the problems existing in the investment management of power transmission and transformation project of CL power supply company.There are mainly six aspects: non-standard operation of investment management,failure to establish an effective supervision system,weak informatization management of investment,failure to establish an early-warning system for investment risk prevention,staff quality lagging behind the development of investment management,and the mere form of performance evaluation of investment management.Secondly,the risk evaluation of CL power supply company’s power transmission and transformation project investment was carried out.This paper evaluates the investment risk of CL power supply company’s fushan power transmission and transformation project by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the evaluation score is in the basic effective range and above,and presents a good development trend year by year.The evaluation and CL power supply company mound mountain power transmission and transformation construction engineering project investment risk management of the real situation is consistent,reflected the CL power supply company mound mountain power transmission and transformation construction engineering project investment risk management of the overall level in a good state,but there are still many problems need to improve and optimize,mainly there are technical management implementation is not ideal,backward environmental management information system,economic management system is not sound,the construction management does not reach the designated position,etc.By optimizing and upgrading the investment management of power supply company’s power transmission and transformation projects,we can optimize the combination and reasonable allocation of power supply company’s power transmission and transformation project investment activities from the perspective of the overall situation and the whole company,so as to obtain the maximum economic benefits with minimum input and promote the growth of local economy. |
