Car frame is the core load-bearing matrix of the car.The cab,engine,steering and transmission system,suspension and other core components are installed on the frame.At the same time,the frame also bears the moment and force transmitted to it by each component.The working state of automobile frame is very complex,it can't be analyzed accurately only by simple mathematical method.The static and dynamic characteristics of automobile frame can be analyzed accurately by using finite element method.The introduction of finite element method makes the design of automobile frame change from experience design mode to scientific design mode.In this study,the finite element analysis method is proposed to analyze the strength and rigidity of a domestic truck frame statically,and on this basis,the optimization design suggestions are put forward.A small number of triangle elements and four node shell elements are used to realize the discretization of the frame.At the same time,the corresponding finite element model is built,and the frame construction is simplified based on the main mechanical characteristics of the frame structure.In this design,when building the finite element model,the problems such as element selection,frame structure simplification,element quantity control,grid layout,element quality inspection,connection mode simulation,etc.are fully considered.In addition,the author analyzes the factors that may affect the finite element analysis results,including the connection simulation method of components,element thickness and size,etc.Through the finite element simulation of the frame structure strength and stiffness,find out the optimization object of the frame structure,and evaluate the dynamic and static performance of the optimized frame.In this study,the basic concepts,methods and principles of the optimization design of automobile frame are elaborated in detail,and the optimization model of the frame structure shell element under the condition of torsion is constructed.Under thelimit of the maximum stress and displacement,the purpose is to promote the minimum of the frame quality,and the final optimization results are analyzed,and the targeted optimization scheme is proposed.
