In recent years,with the development of residential accommodation,there are many kinds of residential space.The research on the design of residential space has developed early and has rich contents,such as the application of Regional Symbols classified by regional location in residential space,the application of traditional culture classified by cultural customs in residential space design,and so on.Each category has different branches of theoretical research and practical cases.At the same time,the research and exploration of new residential space is also slowly sprouting,such as sharing residential space,parent-child residential space,aging residential space and so on,but these new residential space design fields are new and theoretical research is scarce.For example,there are many practical cases of old-age vacation residential space design in China's domestic market for the elderly recreational tourism,but there are few theoretical studies on the old-age vacation residential space design.This study will start with the representative old-age vacation residential space on the market,find out the existing problems of the old-age vacation residential space,investigate the living needs of the elderly,study and solve the existing practical problems of the aging residential space design,and hope to promote the research and development of innovative categories of residential space.Therefore,this paper first interprets the market environment background,social and humanistic background and theoretical research background of the study,determines the research methods and technical lines,and consults relevant literature at home and abroad.It summarizes the related concepts of residential design,the related concepts of aging,the development process and practical cases of residential space design at home and abroad.Finally,it summarizes the development process and practical cases of residential space design at home and abroad.Based on the objectives and scope of the study,the entry point of this study is put forward.Secondly,this paper carries out large-scale data analysis on the existing old-age housing in China at the present stage,and chooses Er Half Mountain old-age housing and Li Sihe Chengpin old-age housing as the key research objects to investigate,observe and interview on the spot.It deeply understands the geographical environment and climate of the region,the conditions for the aging design of residential accommodation,as well as the daily activities of the elderly living in the existing old-age housing and the needs of the operators.On this basis,it summarizes the characteristics of daily living activities,space needs and investment and operation needs of the operators of the elderly with different occupancy periods under the new pension model.Thirdly,based on the problems existing in the old-age lodging in Er-Half Mountain and the reasonable Sihe-Chengpin lodging,aiming at the practical needs of the elderly,the paper summarizes the design problems and difficulties of the old-age lodging space in terms of living space,living space,public dining space and investor demand,and puts forward the corresponding solving strategies and specific design points.Finally,based on the results of the above research,this paper puts forward the future development trends and prospects of aging vacation-type residential design,and verifies the above views with the actual conceptual case design.It will provide some theoretical and practical experience for the development of suitable aging residential space design.
