Study On Environmental Analysis And Reconstruction Of Old Military Factory Building

Since the early days of the People's Republic of China,the military industry has been shouldering an important mission and an important component of the country's strength.However,with the reform of the national system and the multiple influences of the market economy,the military factories have also been reformed and relocated to keep pace with the times.At the same time,the rapid development of the city has accelerated the transformation of the economic structure,and many of the old factories in the city,which represent the industrial civilization and the rapid development of the economy,are gradually withdrawing from the city planning,or transforming,splitting or relocating to the suburbs,the state-owned 5137 factory has also been split and relocated due to its own operational requirements.In this paper,the abandoned industrial sites of the old military plant and the surrounding environment of the design and transformation,drawing on the European and American developed countries of the old industrial plant transformation of many years of mature experience.Desiring to design and perfect the old industrial buildings within the existing limitations,to use effective design techniques to carry out systematic renovation and renovation of the old industrial buildings,and to infuse the buildings with ecological concepts and a sense of sustainable development,the implementation of building protection,plant renovation more scientific.According to the local conditions,adhere to the principle of people-oriented,so that plant renovation and revitalization,stimulate local economic vitality.At the same time,the two ideas are combined,the old factory and the new landscape are combined,and the old factory is transformed and utilized to give full play to the "residual temperature" of the old factory.Therefore,based on the current environmental situation of the state-owned 5137 factory,the old factory buildings in its ruins were investigated,and the cases of industrial renovation at home and abroad were analyzed in depth,i hope that we can use modern design techniques to transform the old factory design so that it coruscate a new vitality.
