The Regeneration Design Of Cultural Exhibition Space Through The Reconstruction Of Old Factory Buildings

As the world enters the modern age from the industrial age with the change and development of the era,the old industrial factory buildings that were used for production have lost production function and been idle,and they may be dismantled.In fact,the demolition of old industrial factory buildings not only causes environmental pollution and resource waste,but also cannot effectively economic development and social problems.At present,more and more old industrial factory buildings have presented new look after being reconstructed through regeneration design.Thus,a new way is found for a huge number of old buildings left behind.The western developed countries started the reconstruction and reuse of old industrial factory buildings early,and have accumulated certain practical experience and relatively mature theoretical basis.However,China has just entered the primary stage of development,and there are still many deficiencies in general,which are mainly reflected in people's weak awareness of historical inheritance and cultural protection,and the lack of relatively perfect measures to protect old factory buildings for the government.Therefore,the reconstruction and regeneration design of old factory buildings has become a realistic and urgent problem to be solved.Considering a lot of idle and abandoned old building space currently in China,reasonable use of them not only can save the corresponding production cost,and reduce the urban construction waste,but also endow them new look by reconstructing them into various function space that can meet the demand of urban development,such as exhibition space,commercial space,entertainment space and living space according to the urban needs,and make them play a new role in a special form in cities full of modern architectures.With the improvement of people's living standard,the public needs corresponding spiritual culture to meet their needs.Therefore,people's demand for cultural display space is ever increasing.People not only need corresponding leisure and entertainment space in their spare time,but also need cultural display space as spiritual food.Culture is not only the carrier of a country,but also the soul of a country.Culture needs a certain display space,and the display space of culture can let people directly feel the charm of culture.In this paper,based on the carrier of one old factory building,it was reconstructed into kite culture exhibition space through regeneration design innovation.Thus,reconstructing old factory buildings into cultural exhibition space to ensure it not only meets the spiritual needs of people,but also protects the old factory building effectively and plays its proper historical value,social value and economic value has become the present practical problem and the important research topic.It has important guidance and practical significance for the reconstruction of the old factory building to the cultural exhibition space in the form of kite theme through regeneration design.The corresponding reconstruction methods of the internal and external space environment,traffic flow lines and internal space of the old factory building were summarized in the paper through practical research,so as to meet the needs of the functions of kite culture exhibition space.Besides,the design principles and strategies of the kite culture exhibition space were explored.
