| With the advent of the post-industrial era,the global economic form has undergone great changes.The rapid development of information technology,the adjustment of traditional industrial structure,the acceleration of urbanization and other factors have led to the old factories can no longer meet and adapt to the needs of The Times.Therefore,a large number of old factories moved out of the city and left behind abandoned and dilapidated old factory areas.In the past urban development planning,the disposal method of the waste factory area was almost directly demolition and reconstruction,which not only caused environmental pollution and resource waste,but also erased the historical memory of the city.How to use the idea of post-industrial landscape to transform and reuse the landscape of urban waste factory areas,restore the decrepit site to vitality,and realize the comprehensive win-win of economic and social benefits,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of cities and the creation of characteristic cities.This paper firstly defines the relevant concepts of urban waste factory area,analyzes the reasons for its transformation and studies the landscape transformation mode,so as to reflect the necessity and feasibility of the transformation.Again,for the design of the urban landscape reconstruction for old factory need theory to comb,establish theory foundation for further research,at the same time,the analysis of typical cases both at home and abroad,from the project background,design idea and design method is analyzed,and the case made contrast research at home and abroad,and the meaning of reference for design practice.Finally,the design principles and methods summarized above,combined with the site environment,theory and practice,in the specific transformation of their own understanding and innovation of the site.It is hoped that the study on landscape reconstruction of urban waste factory area can be used for reference for similar cases and theoretical research in the future.In this paper,the logic framework of "raising problems--analyzing problems--solving problems(interpretation of design works)" deduces the full text. |
