The basic method for realizing the standardized design of prefabricated laminated slabs for residential buildings is to compile standard design drawings of prefabricated laminated slabs for residential buildings that are easy to design and use.However,the current standard design atlas of prefabricated laminated slabs is prepared with a single prefabricated laminated slab as the basic unit.In the design of the slab,the designer needs to select the standard laminated slab unit from the atlas to combine and match the actual building room.Due to the different shapes and sizes of actual building rooms,the standard specifications of prefabricated laminated panels in the standard design drawing set are limited.It is quite cumbersome to use the laminated panel units in the drawing set to combine and match the building room,which brings inconvenience to the floor design So that designers are reluctant to adopt the current standard design atlas of prefabricated laminated floors for floor design.Therefore,the standardized design of laminated floors has not yet been realized.This article studies the standardization design of prefabricated laminated slabs for residential buildings to solve the key problems of standardization design of prefabricated laminated slabs.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:?1?This article proposes a standardized design method for prefabricated laminated slabs of residential buildings based on standard room units.Combination as a whole design module,through the standardized design of the room,so as to control the corresponding laminated board to achieve standardized design.The advantage of choosing a room as the basic unit is that it combines the convenience of design and use with the flexibility of building layout assembly,without increasing the design workload or basic because the basic unit is too small?single laminated board is the basic unit?Units that are too large?a building is the basic unit?lose the advantage of flexible assembly.?2?In order to construct a reasonable standard room unit library and ensure that the standard room units of the atlas have the widest applicability in actual projects,this article collected 500 residential building unit samples and obtained 1,742 rooms?including living room,bedroom,dining room and study room?According to the size statistics of 3M,the size of all statistical sample rooms is merged according to the 3M modulus,and the occurrence probability of rooms of various sizes in residential buildings is counted.Through comparative analysis and combining the application experience of superimposed floor slabs in actual engineering,35 rooms were finally determined as standard room units in the design drawing set.?3?In order to solve the contradiction between the fact that the floor boundary supports are different in the actual project and the standard design atlas requires the floor types to be simple and easy to choose,this paper proposes a prefabricated laminated floor design merge method.Under the premise that the live load of the standard room units?including living room,bedroom,dining room and study room?are the same,the simplified analysis method of linear elasticity based on the single-division two-way slab determines the design bending of the middle slab of the laminated floor in different directions The corresponding constraints when the moment?bending moment in the mid-span and the bending moment of the bearing?reaches the maximum value are:four-sided simply supported?the maximum bending moment in the short-side direction?,three-sided simply supported and the long side fixed?short-side direction support The bending moment of the seat is the largest?and the three sides are simply supported and the short side is fixed?the bending moment of the support in the long side direction is the largest?.Since the simplified linear elastic analysis method assumes that the slab supports are simply supported edges or fixed edges,the influence of the restraining action of the slab beams,walls,or adjacent plates on the floor internal forces is not considered.Therefore,the finite element software ABAQUS is used for numerical simulation analysis to establish a real model of the floor slab including beams,wall supports and adjacent plates,and to calculate the change law of floor internal forces under different support constraints.Combined with the actual engineering and relevant specifications,the floor slabs with side length ratios?short side length/long side length?of 0.6,0.8,and 1.0 are taken as1/15,1/12,and 1/10 beam span at the beam height.Perform refined modeling analysis.By comparing the calculation results of the finite element analysis method and the simplified linear elastic analysis method,the internal force of the floor slab is optimized,and finally the actual reinforcement of the laminated floor is comprehensively determined,and then the bottom reinforcement and the surface reinforcement of the laminated floor are merged.In addition,referring to the relevant specifications and combined with actual construction experience,the length of the negative ribs of the laminated floor slab supports is rounded up according to the construction requirements of 0l4.For the negative ribs of a single-span one-slab floor,0l takes the short side direction of the laminated slab to calculate the span;For the negative ribs spanning two floors,both take the larger value of the span calculated from the short sides of the two overlapping floors that the negative ribs cross.?4?Based on the standardized design method of prefabricated superimposed floor slabs for residential buildings proposed in this paper,the compilation of the standard design atlas of Jiangsu Province,"Standard Superimposed Slab Atlas of Precast Prefabricated Concrete Residences"was completed.The first part of the atlas gives the standard rooms of different sizes and the floor slab splitting scheme of each standard room;the second part of the atlas gives the detailed design details of each standard prefabricated laminated board and the appearance of laminated boards in residential buildings Probability.Compared with the traditional standard design atlas,for the design,this atlas does not need to select the laminated board to reassemble and match the room,as long as the standard room is selected according to the building type,the split design and prefabricated stack of the standard room floor The deepening design of the plywood has been completed in the standard atlas,which greatly simplifies the floor design work;for production,this atlas gives the detailed design details and appearance probability of the standard prefabricated laminated panels commonly used in residential buildings.It is conducive to large-scale and low-cost production in the factory.At the same time,it can give priority to the production of prefabricated laminated boards with a high probability of occurrence for inventory and peak shaving,which is conducive to the uniform release of production capacity.This article has 56 figures,12 tables,and 77 references.
