| Assembled concrete dwellings as an efficient,eco~friendly and sustainable residential development trend,currently,its core is to realize the transition of new construction industrialization to build low~carbon and efficient industrialized residential buildings.The development of industrialized dwellings cannot be without standardization of the design and production of part products,so that the mass production of standardized part products facilitates innovation of technology,the guarantee of quality and the enhancement of resource use efficiency,and fundamentally reduces pollution to the environment.While,as a prefabricated concrete applied most widely in the residence of prefabricated components,standardization,generalization of precast floor slab is still in a low level.Based on traditional residential design thinking,split design of prefabricated floor parts after residential head design,split prefabricated floor parts tend to be non standardized stereotypical parts,and each project’s prefabricated floor parts need to be specially deepened designed with custom~made production,making it difficult to play the part advantages of assembled residential construction.Therefore,there is no delay for the standardized study of preformed floor parts.In this paper,the standardized scale of preformed reinforced trusses superimposed floor plate is investigated.Firstly,through field and network survey,the basic size of each functional room of middle~sized head type dwellings in Changsha area is counted,and the preferred size sequence of each functional room of dwellings is summarized.Secondly from the Angle of architectural technology,realize the industrialization of residential precast floor slab of optimization design,including kitchen,bathroom floor of neat,and put forward using one~way reinforced truss composite plate slab split design method.Then based on the modular design method is put forward to optimize the each function room,and in accord with the principle of modular coordination and logic structure,split design of the preformed floor is performed on relatively standardized functional modules as well as optimally designed module combinations resulting in a preferred size sequence of the preformed floor.Then summed up the promotion law of standardized and serialized dimensions of precast reinforced truss composite floor,which provides a reference for the establishment of residential universal part system.Finally,a new type of industrial housing design model based on the standardized prefabricated floor parts system is proposed to provide theoretical and reference basis for the design of industrial housing and the production of prefabricated floor parts. |
