The large tonnage single steel wheel vibratory roller is widely used in the construction of high-grade highways,airports,embankments and industrial buildings.85% of the earth’s earthwork compaction is completed by a single steel wheel vibratory roller.The fully hydraulic double drive single steel wheel has the characteristics of strong compacting ability,large driving force and suitable for various complicated working conditions.But at present,in the environment of the single steel wheel roller in the desert,the climbing slope vibration and the poor adhesion condition,the driving wheel is easy to slip,and the compaction effect is not good.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the anti skid performance of the full hydraulic full drive single steel wheel roller for improving the performance of the whole machine.Based on experimental analysis,a comprehensive research method guided by theoretical analysis and simulation analysis is adopted in this paper.Taking the 20 t large tonnage double drive single steel wheel roller as the research object,this paper analyzes the walking system and studies the influence of the adhesion performance on the mechanical performance of the press.Through the experiment and theoretical calculation,the theoretical value of the adhesion coefficient of the ground is derived,and the general measures for the anti skid of the single pump and double motor walking system at the appearing stage are pointed out.Compare the characteristics of antiskid valve,shunting valve and automatic skid control,and simulate and analyze the impact and wear condition of the antiskid valve when working at AMEsim.A double-pump and double-motor independent drive hydraulic traveling system is proposed.the system provides independent hydraulic flow to the front steel wheel and the rear axle respectively,thus making the roller have good driving ability in the sliding situation.In this paper,the parameter matching design and research of double-pump and double-motor independent drive system are carried out,and the basic parameters of single steel roller are determined.Analyzing the driving force and hydraulic system pressure of the steel wheel and rear axle independent hydraulic walking system circuit;Simulation of single steel roller with double pump and double motor independent drive system the system pressure changes in the stationary phase of hydraulic system under four working conditions: static pressure,low frequency and high amplitude,high frequency and low amplitude,climbing and so on.The influencing factors of synchronous performance of double-pump independent drive walkingsystem are put forward,and the speed synchronous control and load synchronous control are studied respectively.Simulink model is used to simulate and analyze the steel wheel skid,and PID control is adopted to adjust the displacement of steel wheel drive pump to adjust the rotating speed of the pulley,thus changing the whole vehicle speed.
