With the continuous expansion of China’s economic aggregate,the continuous optimization of economic structure adjustment,the steady improvement of the economic development quality,and the continuous improvement of people’s living quality,automobiles have gradually become an indispensable means of transportation in people’s lives.And now people’s demand for cars is not just for daily use.For some people,cars have become a trend in life.More opportunities are provided for the development of the auto industry and the closely related auto parts industry.Especially in the northeast region,which is the largest automobile manufacturing base of China,with the support of policies,automobile manufacturers as well as auto parts manufacturers emerge in an endless stream.But at the same time,under such circumstances,if auto parts companies want to occupy a more important position in the fierce market competition,it is particularly important to formulate practical development strategies in combination with the current development situation.The thesis takes Changchun Faway Gaoxin Automotive Plastic Parts co.LTD(hereinafter referred to as Faway Company)as the research object.To begin with,through a comprehensive analysis of Faway Company,a number of existing problems have come to the surface,such as the single product type,the much too concentrated business,the shortage of high-level talents and the lack of long-term development strategy planning.And the reasons which lead to the problems mainly lie in three aspects: the lack of R&D and technological innovation,imperfect human resource management and complex management system.Next,the thesis uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment of Faway Company,including political,economic,social and technical environment and other factors.The internal environment of Faway Company is analyzed from the perspectives of company resources,core competitiveness and competitive environment at the same time.Furthermore,the internal and external environment of Faway Company is combined to conduct SWOT analysis,thus four development strategies can be selected.With the overrall and phased goals of Faway Company taken into account,SO Strategy is chosen as the development strategy.SO Strategy can take advantage of the trend,seize opportunities,speed up R&D,accelerate R&D investment,develop new products with high technical content and high added value.At the same time,the competitiveness of Faway Company in the industry can also be improved.In the end,various strategic safeguard measures which can help Faway Company to achieve its strategic goals are proposed.To guarantee the personnel management,Faway Company is supposed to strengthen production management,enlarge technical support,increase marketing and financial management support,and establish an open selection mechanism,a complete performance mechanism as well as a fair salary mechanism.To construct the corporate culture,Faway Company is supposed to establish corporate values,build corporate ethics and strengthen corporate humanistic spirit,so as to ensure that the strategy of Faway Company is completed on schedule and runs smoothly.
