Risk Assessment Of New Product Development Of Gas Insulated Switch

With the rapid development of China's economy and the progress of modern science and technology,people's demand for electric power increases year by year.At the same time,in order to respond to the call of the country to vigorously promote the construction of power transmission and transformation and meet the needs of customers and promote products to the world,power equipment manufacturers have begun to develop new products in recent years,and power equipment manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly.Among them,gas insulated switchgear(GIS)has a strong development momentum in China,with a significant increase in output,and has been widely used throughout the world.Based on this,this article organizes the content involved in the six stages of the development of new products of GIS at W Company,analyzes the risk factors affecting the development of new products of GIS comprehensively,builds a risk assessment model for the development of new products of GIS,identifies the risk factors in the process of new product development,and conducts corresponding risk prevention and control measures to reduce risks to shorten the development cycle of new product development,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises:(1)The relevant data of new product development of GIS are collected and get the risk factors of each stage of new product development of GIS through the method of work breakdown structure,checklist checking and expert opinion;(2)On this basis,combined with the characteristics of each stage of new product development of GIS,the corresponding risk assessment model is established to determine the key influencing factors and risk levels of new product development;(3)According to the results of risk evaluation,the focus of risk factors is different in different stages of new product development,the potential key risk factors that affect new product development of GIS are found out,and the risk level is determined,and risk management and control of key factors are carried out;(4)Taking the new product development of GIS at W company as an example,the risk of each stage of new product development is comprehensively identified,the quantitative method is used for risk assessment and risk control,and the effectiveness of risk assessment method is verified.In this paper,through the risk identification,risk evaluaton and risk management of new product development of GIS,it can find the potential risks in the process ofnew product development,provide a basis for ensuring the smooth development of new products,provide a reasonable risk assessment scheme for the new product development projects of manufacturing enterprises of GIS.There are 25 figures,43 tables and 73 references in this thesis.
