Research On The Design Of Rural Health Care And Pension Communities

More than 20 years have passed since our country entered the aging society,the national situation of aging before getting rich and the city people's diversified demands on health care and pension have become the urgent problems needing to be solved by the current health care and pension industry.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the Healthy China strategy,encouraged and supported the rural health industry to be the carrier to promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of agriculture so as to recover the cultural confidence of villages and promote rural revitalization.Under the background of the integrated urban-rural development and targeting at the health care and pension dilemma in the central urban area of Xuzhou,this paper took the form of rural health care and pension community as the beneficial complement for urban home care,conducted in-depth interview and questionnaire survey on the current health care situation of people in the central urban area of Xuzhou and their appeals,summarized the design strategy for rural health care and pension communities based on multiple investigations on sample village,tried to base on the design idea which took health care and pension as the core,inheritance and updating as connotation,industrial integration as support to conduct research on the design of health care and pension communities in Shengwo Village of Xuzhou from the perspectives of local culture protection and ecological sustainable development,and summarized the research achievement so as to provide reference for local culture protection and similar programs.The research contents and achievements were as follows:(1)Related research achievements of rural health care and pension at home and abroad were combed deeply,the research framework was established based on theoretical foundation,related concepts were defined,the research purpose and significance were clarified,the research framework and methods of rural health care and pension communities were proposed.(2)Classic cases of related fields at home and abroad were deeply researched,the design idea and experience of rural health care and pension communities suitable to the national situation were combed and summarized.(3)The methods of field investigation and questionnaire survey were used to collect data and analyze the current health care and pension situation of people in the central urban area of Xuzhou and their appeals,and the core problem needing to be solved urgently was proposed combined with multiple visits and investigations of the sample village.(4)Combined with the demand on health care and pension of the people in the central urban area of Xuzhou,the inheritance and updating of local culture in Shengwo Village as well as the demand of rural industrial structure transformation,the strategies of the spacial design,architectural design,environmental design,public service facility design,ecological design and industrial transformation were proposed for the health care and pension community in Shengwo Village.(5)The project positioning and objective of the health care and pension community in Shengwo Village were clearly clarified,corresponding planning idea was proposed,guided by the design strategy,the overall community planning,the division planning and special planning were conducted according to the characteristics of the health care industry,the community scheme combining function with form and integrating tradition with epochal features was designed so as to realize inheritance and development of local culture in modern design.(6)The design research was summarized to verify the reasonableness and the general applicability of the design strategy,which provided reference for similar programs in the future based on rural culture heritage,satisfying the health care and pension demand of people in the central urban area of Xuzhou,driving the development of regional economy and promoting the construction of the rural health care and pension communities.
