Research On Improvement Of Field Management Of Refrigerated Container Production Line Of ZJ Company Based On Lean ONE Model

Lean production has become the prevailing manufacturing production and management mode of learning,but the source of the management methods from abroad,there are some differences between the domestic and the background;this requires our domestic manufacturing enterprises according to their own characteristics,to build domestic enterprises for the development of lean production mode.ZJ refrigerator as a traditional manufacturing industry Manufacturing Co.Ltd.,facing the change of industrial structure,resource dominant mode changes and a series of challenges,upgrade is imminent,hope that through the introduction of the self-development of lean production management,lean ONE mode,make it become the carrier of enterprise for further profits.In this paper,the theory of lean production and the parent company of ONE lean production based on the knowledge of research and application at home and abroad were arranged,combined with the situation of ZJ company,to explore the upgrading of production line,improve production management level,to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency and product quality,so as to improve the asset turnover rate.Specific aspects: firstly,the refrigerated container production line of the status quo,analysis of the existing problems,and to solve these problems,improve the design framework of the corresponding,according to the improved framework to carry out the relevant improvement activities: to improve the production line work area management via 4S,for workers to provide a good and safe working environment;with the help of creative effort,the ONE team improvement of management form,subjective initiative to motivate workers,make on-site personnel constantly thinking and innovation,to provide intellectual support for the development of the company;improve the equipment of moving rate by TPM and the amount of inventory management,equipment spare equipment to reduce equipment maintenance costs,the sudden failure rate.It is expected that through the implementation of lean ONE mode management content in the production line,the company’s product quality will be improved,the production efficiency will be improved,and the output value of personnel will be improved,which will further improve the turnover rate of company assets.
