The Research On Quality Management Of Security Project Of County-level Credit Cooperative

Credit cooperative provide financial services such as loans and savings for small and medium-sized enterprises and people in rural areas of China,and provide great help for county-level administrative regions and private enterprises and village-run enterprises,and also attract a large number of scattered farmers' deposits.Modern hackers against the banking financial crimes and financial institutions inside the inside of the theft makes the financial industry network security situation is more and more serious,especially the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward county credit cooperatives.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the security system of county credit cooperatives and their branches.The theory of project quality management is to study how to control the factors affecting project quality in the process of the project,which has great guiding significance for the quality management research of the security project of county-level credit cooperatives.This paper takes the quality management in the safety and security project of the credit cooperative in a county as the research object.By investigating the status quo of the safety and security project and project quality management of the credit cooperative in a county,it points out the problems of weak quality management awareness,backward management mode,fuzzy influencing factors and lack of management system in the quality management of the credit cooperative project.To solve these problems,interview and questionnaire methods are adopted to analyze and study the quality problems existing in the old security system and management of credit cooperatives,and then Pareto Chart is used to identify the most common quality problems.Then these problems from the human,machine,material,law,environmental five aspects of the quality of credit union security project to do analysis.Based on the analysis of improving the quality management of the safety and security construction project of credit cooperatives,this paper puts forward the methods of how to control the main factors that affect the quality of the safety and security project,and how to establish a scientific and reasonable project quality management system to transform the old project management mode of credit cooperatives.Finally in this paper,through the project quality management theory and method in the application of credit security system project construction process,the creative use ofa "project quality management mode",and using the latest "ISO quality management system standards" and using PDCA cycle,pareto chart analysis,analysis of influencing factors of "4M1E",fishbone diagram analysis and brainstorming method,solve the encountered in the process of project construction quality,and implements the continuous improvement,for the project to achieve quality objectives provide strong support and guarantee,also for the credit cooperatives after the project quality management ideas and direction.
