As China accelerates the revolution of energy production and consumption,the new urbanization process is speeding up and the reform of oil and gas system is vigorously promoted.The natural gas industry is ushering in new opportunities for development.However,as a continuous transportation system with high risk,gas pipeline system poses a potential threat to social security and surrounding environment.How to strengthen the safety management of gas pipeline network has become a major challenge facing all government departments and gas industry.Based on the current situation of urban gas pipeline management,this thesis mainly studies the identification of urban high pressure gas pipeline unit,and proposes a more refined risk management mode which is different from long-distance oil and gas pipeline,and gives corresponding risk management measures.First the thesis investigated typical accidents of gas pipeline domestic cases,sorted and classified failure data,and established failure database of gas pipeline;secondly it investigated gas pipeline surrounding social environment,staff activities,natural environment and other factors,and put forward the method of identification and classification of gas pipeline,make out the formation of a variety of factors leading to the failure of the pipeline,quantify the influencing factors causing the failure of the gas pipeline;then establish index system of gas pipeline risk assessment based on pipeline hazard classification,failure probability analysis,accident consequence assessment and the influence of the related factors and technical standards.Then,the thesis combine with the operation experience of gas company,here defines and classifies the common hidden accident dangers of urban gas pipelines,determines the basic principle of classification,puts forward the process of investigation and treatment of such dangers,and puts forward the risk management and assessment measures of urban gas pipelines according to the risk assessment matrix.Hidden danger investigation and risk managenment complete each other.The former guarantees the enterprise to detect the risk in real operation,while the latter provides the enterprise managers with the current stage of gas pipeline safety risk level so as to take corresponding measures.Finally,the pilot gas pipeline is selected,and the evaluation and analysis is carried out according to the evaluation of the leakage accident of the urban gas pipeline.The risk evaluation and management system proposed in this thesis helps to systematic and completely identify weak links in gas pipeline,determine the unit characteristics of different pipes,so as to make the management and technical measures of the system and provides an effective way for the safety management of gas pipeline.
