The development of aerocrafts is a complex engineering system.With the increasing and more complexity of aerospace products,traditional design mode can hardly meet the demand of development.Therefore a multidiscipline collaborative design platform for aerocrafts digital prototyping,which can improve the design efficiency and quality,is needed urgently.To solve this problem,these paper studies correlative technologies,completes the analysis,design,development and application validation of the collaborative design platform.The main research contents in this paper are as follows:(1)Combs and sums up the application and technologies of digital prototyping,multidiscipline collaborative design platform and enterprise architecture.(2)In view of the present situation and problems of aerocrafts system conceptual design,analyses the business requirements,functional requirements and other requirements,describes the data flows between the main majors,and analyses the functional requirements of user's roles and main use cases.(3)Designs the business architecture,applications architecture,data architecture and technology architecture of the multidiscipline collaborative design platform using TOGAF architecture framework.In the part of business architecture,describes digital development process and multidiscipline collaborative conceptual design process of aerocrafts digital prototyping.In the part of applications architecture,describes the system components,integration with external systems and main application scenarios.In the part of data architecture,describes the data conceptual model,logical structure and physical structure.In the part of technology architecture,describes the development technologies of pages display,client control,business logic and data access,etc.(4)Based on the technologies study and general technical architecture,develops the multidiscipline collaborative design platform,and describes the application interface,platform framework and majors design sub-systems.Taking example for collaborative design process of system,aerodynamic,control,propulsion,loading,structure and strength majors,proves the feasibility and effectiveness in the pilot application.(5)Summarizes the main conclusions of this study and pointed out the inadequacies of the study and direction of future research.This paper investigates three critical technologies,develops one platform framework and seven design sub-systems,fulfill the pilot application of seven majors.The research findings of this paper provide technical supports to the build of multidiscipline collaborative design platform for aerocrafts digital prototyping,which will promote the collaborative development and innovation capabilities of aerospace products.
