Research On Adaptive Design Of Residential Interior Space Under The Guidance Of SI System

The SI system(Skeleton-Infill)is a representative new model of housing construction.The application of this model can allow the interior of the house to have good space adaptability to meet the diverse space requirements.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the experience of developed countries,this paper combines the current situation of housing construction in China,combines various housing needs,proposes the design principles and methods of adaptive housing,and sorts out the technical system of housing construction.First of all,it sorts out the exploration process of residential space adaptability in developed countries in Europe and Japan,and interprets the theoretical results and construction practices of adaptive residential design.Secondly,it sorts out the development history of China's residential buildings and the exploration of the adaptability of residential space,and summarizes the experience of residential space adaptive design related to typical practices.Thirdly,based on the actual situation in China,the spatial adaptive design principle is proposed.Based on the analysis of the living needs of occupants or families,the specific method of adaptive design of residential space is proposed,which is aimed at different lifestyles and different family life cycle stages.The need to complete the design from three levels of furniture variable,plane variable and space variable.Finally,the technical system of SI residential system to achieve its spatial adaptability is sorted out,and the reasons for the slow development of adaptive residential design in China are analyzed,and relevant development suggestions are put forward.Lifestyle differences or family structure evolution of occupants or families produce different life needs,which in turn requires different functional spaces for housing.The study of residential space adaptation emphasizes the principle of people-oriented,pays attention to the living needs of different individuals or families,and draws on new housing.Construct a system concept and carry out adaptive design.Different from the traditional condominiums,the design concept of the separation of the residential support and the filling body of the SI system can better realize the adaptability of the residential space,better conform to the concept of sustainable development,and have the potential for marketing,which is conducive to meeting the current high requirements of residence demand.
