Research On Space Adaptability Of Precast Concrete Residence

With the development of social general economy,lots of problems have appeared from the traditional construction model,each industry has to face the challenge of revolution.As the extremely important constituent part of national economy,the construction industry faces the same problem.Because of the old method of buildin g,the whole industry is in a terrible situation,we need to find a new way which is low pollution,low consumption and high efficiency to meet the actual demands,industry revolution is imperative.so the prefabricated construction,which has been forgotte n for low technology in 90's,come back to our eyes.with the help of government,prefabricated construction has been promoted actively and developed rapidly.Residential building is not only the significant part of construction industry,but also the part that connected closely with people's life,it is very meaningful for the whole industry to do deep research and exploration in this field.This paper primarily researches on the adaptability of residence space based on the prefabricated concrete construction system,it has outlined the developing history of residence theory system and residence space adap tability,and researched on the design method of residence space adaptability from the perspectives of prefabricated concrete construction system,functional space,Interior components and integration design technologies.And at the last,the practical cas es of the adaptability residence,the prefabricated concrete residence and the prefabricated concrete residence are studied respectively,and it has analyzed respectively the characteristics of those projects,as well as the practical effects of the releva nt design methods and principles applied in those projects.The result of research has shown that if we can integrate the advantage of prefabricated concrete structure system with the design principles and design methods of adaptive residence,the advantages of both systems can be reflected in the same residential building.So,if we can choose the right prefabricated concrete constructio n system,follow the principles of residence space adaptability design,use the precast components and advanced construction technology,the adaptability of prefabricated residence will be increased,and people's actual requirements can be satisfied.
