| At the end of the 20 th century,the state implemented the policy of "multi-power operation",lowered the threshold for investment in small and medium-sized hydropower projects,simplified the procedures for project approval,and encouraged private capital investment in the development of small and medium-sized hydropower projects in rural areas.Local governments at all levels have attracted a large number of private capital investment in the development of small and medium-sized hydropower projects through the use of resource advantages.However,the complex composition of private capital,coupled with the remote location of small and medium-sized hydropower projects,the complex environment,and the difficulty of construction and construction management,are prone to difficulties such as management,technology,and capital during the construction process,resulting in the extension of project duration or long-term suspension of work.Even become a rotten project.Serious waste of social resources.With the development and utilization of resources,there are fewer and fewer high-quality hydropower resources.Enterprises with good management,strong technology,and sufficient capital quickly obtain high-quality hydropower resources through acquisition and reorganization.However,if enterprises blindly acquire,they mismanage investment in acquisition projects and invest in control measures.After the acquisition project is completed,it can not continue to operate or even cause the company to go bankrupt.Therefore,it is urgent to study the investment management of small and medium-sized hydropower acquisition projects.Taking the LFK hydropower station acquisition project as the research object,this paper explores the application of investment management of small and medium-sizedhydropower acquisition project in the actual operation of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the small and medium-sized hydropower acquisition project and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the project by combining literature review with actual cases,and draws the asset verification and acquisition evaluation method of investment management of small and medium-sized hydropower acquisition project.Based on the actual situation of LFK hydropower project,the difficulty of LFK hydropower project acquisition,acquisition and investment control measures and acquisition prediction model selection are analyzed.Finally,the comparison and analysis between the operation benefit and the acquisition evaluation of the LFK hydropower acquisition project,sum up the experience,and put forward the effective measures to improve the operation efficiency of the acquisition project of small and medium-sized hydropower stations,which can be used as a reference for enterprises in the acquisition and reorganization of small and medium-sized hydropower projects and the operation management of the project. |
