| The growing population aging has brought many problems to society.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a series of targeted strategies to “actively respond to the aging of the population” in order to face the aging of the population.Social interaction is an important measure of the health of the elderly.Good social activities can attract them to participate in outdoor activities,improve physical fitness,delay various mental and physical diseases,and increase the happiness of the elderly in their later years.As the “back garden” at the doorstep of urban residents,urban community parks have the characteristics of being close to home and easy to reach,which is in line with the daily habits of the elderly,and is an indispensable place for the elderly to participate in various social interaction activities.This article takes Nanjing as an example and hopes to pass the study of the elderly-adaptive communication space in urban community parks of Nanjing to attract and guide more elderly people to participate in community exchange activities,release stress,relieve depression,promote relationships with other community residents,and promote community neighborhood harmony.Firstly,this paper analyses the relationship between urban community parks and the communication activities of the elderly,discover that the communication behavior of the elderly can interact with a good space environment.Through field investigation and screening,taking four community parks in Nanjing as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of elderlyadaptive communication space.Secondly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of communication behavior of the elderly in urban community parks of Nanjing from the perspective of behavior observation records,gets the relevant types of activity,time characteristics and spatial heat of communication behavior.Through continuous observation,it is found that the attractive typical communication space in the four community parks,and analyzed its spatial deconstruction.From the perspective of objective observation records,found that the attractive typical communication space generally has the common features of high recognition,spatial internal functional diversity,and space construction security.Thirdly,this paper establishes the evaluation system of the elderly-adaptive community park communication space by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and expert scoring method.Through the questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of typical communicative space,the typical communicative space of four community parks of Nanjing was evaluated from the subjective perspective of the users of communicative space.Combined with the IPA diagnostic method,it is found that some centralized community parks have some shortcomings in the diversity construction of recreational facilities,and some banded community parks lack certain cultural characteristics.Finally,the "high satisfaction-high importance" index factor in the satisfaction evaluation of typical communication space is compared horizontally with the common factor extracted from the deconstruction of typical communication space,and transformed into a unified index language.From two dimensions,this paper summarizes the quality indicators of elderly-adaptive communication space in community parks to attract the elderly,and classify them into five levels: safety,belonging,convenience,interaction and health.In view of the current situation of the investigation,starting from the five levels of the dominant indicator factor,proposed the optimization strategy of the elderly-adaptive communication space of community parks with universal significance.According to the current situation of Nanjing urban community park,combined with the geographical characteristics of the city,it is to provide ideas for promoting the construction of humanized landscape,physical and mental health of the elderly and harmonious social development in similar areas under the background of aging in the new era. |
