Study On The Evaluation Of The Elderly-adaptive In The Main City Of Tai’an Urban Park Green Space

At present,the aging of China’s population is increasingly intensified,which makes the contradiction between the growing elderly population and the imperfect construction of elderlyadaptive facilities increasingly prominent.This contradiction is particularly prominent in the construction of urban park green space,which is mainly manifested as the imperfect construction of elderly-adaptive facilities in urban green space.The elderly’s elderly-adaptive demand for park green space is not only reflected in the "quantity" of the facilities,but also reflected in the "quality" of the environment.How to build a more humanized environment for aging and create a safe,comfortable,healthy and rich space environment for aging is an important topic that we need to explore deeply.This study takes Tai’an city main city park green space as the research object,based on the demand of the elderly for the green space in Tai’an urban parks,the questionnaire survey,and analyzed the safety,comfort,accessibility and completeness,using Delphi and Analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation system of park green space is constructed,Donghu park,Nanhu park,Longzehu park,Hushan park,Daidaoan park five typical parks comprehensive evaluation,and the corresponding optimization strategies.The main results are as followed:(1)This study selects 10 park green space in the main city of Tai’an,and adopts the method of field survey combined with questionnaire survey and interview survey to investigate the using current situation and the needs of the elderly in park green space.Among the 10 places,5 typical park green space is selected for in-depth adjustment to analyses the existing problems separately.(2)According to the summary of multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,the elderlyadaptive index corresponding to the current situation of Tai’an city park green space is selected,and the elderly-adaptive evaluation system is constructed through Delphi and analysis hierarchy process,and the weight of each index is determined respectively.The order of index importance in the criterion layer is: safety(0.5398)> comfort(0.1620)> facility completeness(0.1579)>accessibility(0.1403).The weight of the index layer ranks the top three is: flatness of garden road and site pavement(0.1257)> safety of barrier-free facilities(0.1101)> safety of entertainment and fitness facilities(0.1025).It can be seen that safety occupies the first position in the elderly-adaptive construction.(3)Based on the questionnaire results of the elderly satisfaction in the 5 green park space,the evaluation results are: the Donghu Park satisfaction evaluation score is 3.4219,grade is satisfactory;Nanhu Park satisfaction evaluation score is 3.2220,grade is satisfaction;Longze Lake Park satisfaction evaluation score is 3.2758,grade is satisfaction;Hushan Park is 2.9868,grade is general;Daidao An Park is 2.8658,and grade is general.IPA analysis was used to analyze importance-satisfaction graphic of the criterion layer and index layer in the evaluation process,and find out the problems existing in the five sample park green space.(4)According to the results of the field investigation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and IPA analysis,the improvement direction and transformation suggestions are put forward from four aspects of safety,comfort,accessibility and facility completeness,so as to provide theoretical reference for the renewal design of Tai’an urban park green space.
