The quality of pile foundation construction is related to the success or failure of the whole construction project.However,the soft soil quality exists widely in coastal areas of China.The construction of pile foundation is difficult,and there are many construction quality problems in the construction.Therefore,effective supervision of the construction quality of pile foundation in soft soil has become an important agenda.Using traditional monitoring methods is difficult to achieve real-time monitoring,it consumes a lot of manpower,material resources and other resources and is vulnerable to site requirements,equipment and other factors,which is not conducive to the effective implementation of regulatory work.Based on the practical application of engineering,this paper designs and develops a soft soil foundation pile machine construction quality monitoring and analysis system based on sensors,communication,internet and other technologies.The intelligent real-time monitoring of the operating parameters of the pile driver during the construction process is realized,and the monitoring parameters are analyzed and processed,and the construction quality is evaluated reasonably.The main work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)This paper designs the overall structure of the soft soil foundation pile construction quality monitoring and analysis system,which is divided into data acquisition layer,data transmission layer,data service layer and system display layer.The data acquisition layer processes and uploads the pile-based monitoring data through the intelligent monitoring terminal.The data transmission layer completes the remote transmission of the pile-based data based on the establishment of the TCP connection,and the data service layer is responsible for receiving and storing the pile-based data.The system display layer provides services for users in the B/S architecture.(2)This paper designs the overall structure of the intelligent monitoring terminal,which mainly includes the data processing module,the alarm control module and the data transmission module to realize the processing,alarm and transmission functions of the pile-based monitoring data.In order to alleviate the pressure problems faced by servers in high concurrency environment,this paper builds a data receiving server based on Netty,optimizes server performance in heartbeat detection,connection pool,etc.,and realizes real-time data publishing by integrating ActiveMq message middleware.(3)The evaluation method of single pile and regional construction quality is studied.Based on the two weight calculation methods of analytic hierarchy process and clustering weight method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality of single pile construction.The validity and rationality of the method is verified by engineering examples.DBSCAN density clustering method is used to filter low-density areas and find high-density areas.By analyzing the density of bad piles,the construction quality of pile foundations is evaluated.(4)Ridge regression and Lasso regression were introduced to improve linear regression.Based on two linear regression models,the prediction analysis of pile strength was carried out.Then BP neural network was used to establish the prediction model of pile strength.Based on engineering examples,the effectiveness of the method is verified and it has high precision.(5)This paper uses Spring SpringMVC Mybatis framework to build a cloud service platform,using JavaScript,WebSocket,AJAX and other technologies to design and develop functional modules,and comprehensively tests the platform to verify the stability and reliability of the platform.The system realizes the automation,network and standardized management of pile foundation data,with real-time visualization function and convenient information query and extraction function,which can meet the construction quality monitoring and analysis requirements of pile foundation engineering.
