| In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics technology, the modern power grid appears in a large number of non-linear, impulse and rectifier loads. These loads will lead to power system harmonic pollution and increase the level of supply voltage disturbance. The resulting increased power quality problems has caused general concern of power management and customers. At the same time, with the establishment of the electricity market, electricity as a commodity into the market competition, like other commodities, will gradually be priced according to quality. Therefore, a reasonable power quality assessment is a prerequisite to establish a fair electricity market. Thus, establishing a power quality monitoring and analysis system for real-time power quality monitoring, assessment and classification is very necessary. For these reasons, the thesis provide the design and implementation of power quality monitoring and evaluation system.The thesis outlined the seriousness of the current problem of power quality and pointed out the need for network monitoring, then elaborated on the basic situation at home and abroad of power quality monitoring and basic concepts related to power quality and analysis. To obtain a more objective and scientific result of power quality synthetic evaluation, the thesis used the comprehensive assessment method which is based on Probability Theory and Fuzzy Mathematics and used Combined Weighing method to determine weights of power quality indices. In order to remedied the defects of both single-weighing methods ,The method integrated Objective Weighing method and Subjective Weighing method.The thesis established the power quality Monitoring and Evaluation system mode and implemented all modules of the system. The system based on ASP.NET as a platform, combined with database technology, micro-computer technology and network communication technology,by integrating monitoring stations in the power grid,achieves network monitoring of power quality. The system can achieve power quality statistics, analysis and assessment for regional power grid, and be able to provide data support for the management and improvement of the power quality problems.By the system, electric power departments can master power quality timely and accurately and assess the power quality of power grid properly. |
