| For the current status of power quality monitoring and control in industrial enterprises and the particularity of power quality monitoring in industrial enterprises,in this paper the power quality monitoring system is designed and implemented.The main works are as follows.First of all,I studied and expounded the background and significance of power quality monitoring in industrial enterprises.According to the electrical energy used environment in industrial enterprises and the characteristics of the electricity device,make a classification and management of indicators of the power quality of industrial enterprises.In this study,the industrial power quality indicators are divided into indicators of voltage-sensitive equipment monitoring,indicators of harmonic sensitive equipment monitoring and indicators of frequency-sensitive equipment monitoring.Indicators of voltage-sensitive equipment monitoring includes: voltage deviation,voltage fluctuations and flicker,voltage sag and threephase imbalance;indicators of harmonic sensing equipment monitoring includes: voltage harmonic content,current harmonic content,etc.;indicators of frequency-sensitive equipment monitoring are mainly self-generated power users.Secondly,the architecture of the power quality monitoring system of industrial enterprises is designed,the system function is designed and the system is realized.The power quality monitoring system of industrial enterprises architecture includes: sensing layer,network layer,application layer and presentation layer.The sensing layer adopts an electric information collecting device based on the DL / T645 protocol,and achieve the industrial enterprises of the power quality of the waveform call and analysis,fault recording and power quality recording and other functions.Used B/S three-tier architecture to achieve the system function,they are: data storage layer,web server layer and presentation layer.Data storage layer using the current stable performance,open source and economical and practical My SQL database management system.Web server layer using Tomcat as a Web application server,which tomcat belong to Apache Foundation.Application layer system architecture using MVC three-tier architecture,Using Spring MVC as the business logic processing layer architecture,and using My Batis as the data persistence layer,and the presentation layer uses the standard browser as the client.Users do not need to install any additional client applications.Tertiary,the communication subsystem architecture of the power quality monitoring system of industrial enterprises is designed and implemented.Used master-slave unidirectional communication style in the system.The host requests data by sending a frame command,then the slave responds to the command and upload the data to the host.Finally,According to the actual application of the system analysis the collected data of various power quality indicators,analyzes the current status of power quality in enterprise electricity system,and to find out the power quality problem in the enterprise electricity system;then find out the cause of power quality problems in the process of electricity consumption.Through the data of actual operation of the system,correct positioning of the power system defects and fault points at any time,and identify the defect location,the cause of the failure,etc.,to prevent the recurrence of power accidents... |
