Research On Supply Chain Optimization Of M Energy Company

In the global economic integration today,in order to cope with the fast and changeable demand of consumers,the focus of business operation has gradually shifted from the single concern product to the related nodes of the supply chain,and the competition among enterprises has shifted from product competition to supply chain competition,and it has developed into a big trend.How to improve the level of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of supply chain management has become an important problem that many enterprises need to solve urgently.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper first expounds the operating environment of the photovoltaic industry of M energy company.Secondly,by analyzing the problems that M energy company does not match with the direction of value-added services,the mismanagement of node value added is the main obstacle to the development of the M energy company,and then,the management of the supply chain is targeted to the supply chain management.The research of logistics,suppliers,purchasing cost and inventory is carried out,and some suggestions are put forward to make the enterprises optimize the management from the perspective of the whole supply chain and seize the opportunity in the market competition.The main purpose of this paper is to change the traditional improvement and improvement of enterprises,such as M energy company,by introducing the idea of supply chain management.It does not improve the system based on the complete chain of supply chain,and falls behind the actual existence of the needs of the times.Under the current globalization competition,the supply chain competition among enterprises has been promoted to the strategic level by many enterprises.The research of this paper has certain reference significance for enterprises in transition from supply chain management.
