The emergence of electromagnetic induction heating breaks the traditional heating mode.Because of its advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, stability, controllability and reliability, the electromagnetic induction heating system has become the most important way of modern industrial heating. With the wide application, the electromagnetic induction heating power supply is also developing towards more stable, more efficient, low cost, high frequency intelligence and other directions The main circuit structure is required to be simpler, the conversion efficiency is required to be higher, and the control method is required to be more intelligent. In order to meet these requirements, this design takes the intelligent frequency conversion electromagnetic induction heating system as the research object, and the main work contents are as follows:1.The principle of electromagnetic induction heating is introduced, the rectifier inverter circuit is analyzed in detail, and the uncontrolled bridge rectifier and series resonant inverter circuit are selected as the main circuit of this design.2.The DC side power regulation and the inverter side strip power regulation are analyzed, and the inverter side phase-shift power regulation is finally adopted in this design.3.Through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic induction heating system,it has the characteristics of large lag,non-linear,time-varying and so on.Combined with historical experience, the temperature control model can be established by properly simplifying.4.The control method of induction heating is studied and designed, including PID control,Smith predictive compensation PID control and adaptive fuzzy PID control.By comparing the simulation results, the adaptive fuzzy PID control is selected as the control method of this design.
