Induction heating is a new type of heating mode that makes electrical energy convert to thermal energy through electromagnetic induction. Induction heating power supply is the core of all kinds of induction heating equipment. In this paper,20HZ/5KW single chip phase shift type series resonance ultrasonic frequency induction heating power supply based on microcontroller is studied and the design. Mainly completed work is showed as the following:(1) The AC-DC-AC topological structure and main power adjustment modes are introduced. Work process of the series within the perceptual, capacitive and resonant mode load circuit is respectively descried.(2) According to certain technical indicators, some parameters of the main circui are set up including rectifier, filter, inverter and load part.(3) Control system based on AVR microcontroller ATmega64is designed, mainly including the frequency tracking and power adjustment module. The integrated phase lock loop single-chip CD4046works with microcontroller to compose the digital phase locked loop. The trigger signals of inverter bridge reference arm are controlled through software program to realize the load resonance frequency tracking. The trigger signals of phase shift arm are controlled through PID algorithm to complete power closed-loop control. At the same time, the peripheral hardware circuits of the control system are designed.(4) The modeling and simulation of the system are conducted through MATLAB/simulink and experiment results are analyzed.
