With the development of human society,the induction heating technology has boarded on people's work and life stage.As a new heating mode,induction heating,widely used in heating,metal smelting and other fields,is better than the conventional heating in the energy saving,environmental protection,intelligence and convenience.Based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper has analyzed the topological of the induction heating power,researched the power control strategy,and conducted the modeling and simulation of power supply based on MATLAB/Simulink.Finally the experimental prototype of 600W/180 kHz induction heating power supply is designed to verify the correctness and feasibility of theory.Firstly,the background of induction heating is investigated.Based on comparison of the development status at home and abroad,analysis of the development trend,introduction of the principle,and description of three effects,this paper draws the conclusion that induction heating has more advantages than traditional heating.Secondly,the power supply,core technology of induction heating,is researched.Based on analysis and comparison of the operation modes,advantages and disadvantages of series and parallel resonant mode and various power regulating methods,this paper has selected the inductive phase shifting power regulating of series resonant inverter as the research object,using PLL technology to realize the phase locking of the output voltage and current of power supply.Thirdly,the modeling and simulation of induction heating are conducted,based on the MATLAB/Simulink.The main circuit parameters of 600W/180 kHz induction heating power supply are designed.Inductive phase shifting power regulating is adopted as power control method,and XOR is adopted as the PD of PLL.PI controller is used to realize the frequency closed loop and anti-windup PI controller is used to adjust the power loop.Then the validity of theoretical analysis is verified with the simulation results.Finally,the hardware and software platform of induction heating power supply are designed.MOSFET is adopted as inverter switch tube and the TI high speed DSP chip TMS320F28335 is used to realize the frequency and power double closed loop control.After debugging program in CCS,the experimental results verify the feasibility of the theory.
