In the present paper, the research mainly unifies the Shanghai Baoshan Steel Corporation 1,420 cold rolling production lines the 3200KW/80KHz induction heating power source which was introduced from the Japanese Fuji company scientific research topic, the realization and control method of the induction heating power source is analyzed and studied in high frequency and high power situation. The induction heating power system composition, the circuit resonance way and the characteristic, the MOSFET parallel technology, as well as the many kinds of power adjust way was carried on the theory and simulation, though designed experiment circuit, each kind of concrete question, the phenomenon and its solution which appeared in the realization process was conducted the research and the practice. In this foundation 80KHz/180A high frequency inverter was designed, already succeeded to use in the Fuji company induction heating power source main circuit resonant element character test, which confirmed the theory and the experimental study result accuracy and the rationality. According to the present data, the 80KHz/180A high frequency inverter which use MOSFET as the power part direct output has not been seen in domestic.
