With the rapid development of the national economy in recent years,the urban infrastructure construction in Ordos has been accelerating and the economy has grown rapidly,leading to large deviations between the forecast and the actual development of the city.The city scale and land use structure have made great breakthroughs to the original plan.As the gateway city of Inner Mongolia,Erdos is based on the construction of grassland eco-city,and has made the Mongolian culture a city label and achieved certain results.However,at the same time,various problems have arisen.Among them,in terms of urban construction,urban diseases have also intensified due to rapid economic development.At the same time of urban development,large-scale design is also being born,which is highlighted in the fact that the building is too large and the block size is too large.Therefore,it is appropriate to discuss the block space of Ordos Kangbashi,what kind of block space is appropriate,and these issues have practical significance.This paper uses a variety of research methods to study the Kangbashi area in Ordos as a research area,and takes the block space as the research object.Based on the concept of people-oriented suitability,this paper proposes a research strategy for the suitability of space design in the Kangbashi district of Ordos.The practical application of the space design around the neighborhood of Ke Zhaobao,and the research ideas of the design of the block space.Based on the above,the article is divided into six chapters.Firstly,the research direction of the paper is determined by studying the problems of the space in China's neighborhood.Then through the research and analysis of relevant theories at home and abroad,the important components in the block space are obtained.From the characteristics of the constituent elements,the relationship between them is found,and the basic ideas of the block space design are obtained.Next,by analyzing the current situation of the block space in the Kangbashi district of Ordos,the characteristics of the spatial components of the block are analyzed.Fourth,based on the principle of space design suitability,the street space design strategy was determined.Fifthly,through the design and application of the surrounding space of Ikezhaobao,the design of the block space is made,and relevant analysis and research are carried out to provide ideas for the future urban block space design of Ordos.The study found that good spatial judgment needs to consider the human near-scale spatial perception.The research on the sense of scale of the human being is mainly when the person is in the external space,the proportional relationship between the entity's enclosure and the "empty" environment gives a sense of spatial experience,and these influencing factors are based on the scale of the person..Proportional relationships are often reflected in horizontal and vertical dimension comparisons.The vertical direction can be defined by the height of the building,and the horizontal direction is generally reflected at the boundary distance of the road or the like.It is hoped that through the study of the space design of the district of Kangbashi District in Ordos,we will create a space with local characteristics to meet the needs and aspirations of local people for living space.At the same time,through the general study of the block space,the universal street space design method is obtained,which makes the urban block space have more experience.Finally,through the improvement of urban block space design,more “urban diseases”can be alleviated,the contradiction of “people and vehicles” can be eliminated,low-carbon travel is promoted,and people are given a healthy and orderly urban environment.
