The rise of the new Chinese design style in the residential area landscape first reflects the return of Chinese traditional cultural thoughts in the contemporary spirit.It is a continuation of the traditional Chinese context and regional style.The new Chinese design style not only reflects the traditional Confucian ethics,but also reflects the ideological sentiments of the world.It also reflects the spiritual sustenance of contemporary man-made and returning to nature.Its design characterization is to integrate modern landscape design rules and compositional relationships with Chinese classical aesthetic meanings,to map traditional cultural concepts with modern design techniques,and to infiltrate traditional cultural ideas into modern landscape design,thus creating a contemporary aesthetic concept.It is also very contemporary and national.This paper expounds the theory of landscape design of residential areas and the historical context of traditional Chinese houses,analyzes the current situation of landscape design of contemporary Chinese residential areas,and deeply understands the basic concepts of new Chinese landscape,space construction and the relationship with the natural environment.The study thus established the theoretical framework of the landscape design of the new Chinese residential area.Finally,this paper lists the case of a regional “new Chinese” residential area that the author has personally practiced,and concludes that the in-depth exploration of local culture will become a strong development trend of the residential area landscape,and it will certainly be against the city.Ecological landscape has a positive role to play...
