Research On Consumption Quota Establishment Of Mechanical And Electrical Installation Engineering Of Assembled Buildings

In recent years,under the vigorous promotion of the Chinese government,assembled buildings have developed rapidly.The existing quota of mechanical and electrical installation engineering cannot meet the requirements of assembled buildings mechanical and electrical installation engineering pricing,resulting in the lack of basis for the cost control of assembled buildings mechanical and electrical installation engineering,existing consumption quota establishment methods have problems such as insufficient accuracy of quota consumption and low efficiency of quota establishment.Therefore,in order to promote the comprehensive development of assembled buildings,it is necessary to study the consumption quota establishment of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of assembled buildings.Based on the research of domestic and foreign related literature and the investigation of the typical mechanical and electrical installation projects of assembled buildings,this thesis uses the literature research method,the field research method and the comparative analysis method to study consumption quota establishment of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of assembled buildings.Firstly,this thesis expounds and analyzes the related principles and methods of engineering quota;secondly,analyze the construction process and on-site construction process of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of assembled buildings,and analyze the influence of the construction way of the mechanical and electrical installation of assembled buildings on the consumption quota establishment;thirdly,analyze the principle and limitations of traditional consumption quota determination method,study the improved consumption quota determination method to improve the accuracy of the quota determination result,and apply the improved consumption quota determination method to calculate the quota raw data of the typical projects,the quota consumption of labor,materials and construction machinery of part prefabricated water supply pipeline,prefabricated fire pipeline,prefabricated air duct,assembled pipe supports and hangers are determined;at last,after analyzing the principle of artificial neural network and its advantages and disadvantages,the applicability of BP artificial neural network algorithm in consumption quota compilation is analyzed,then establish the consumption quota calculation model based on BP artificial neural network algorithm,then use the model to analyze engineering example,it is concluded that the BP artificial neural network algorithm can accurately and efficiently calculate the quota consumption of assembled buildings mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
