The application research of BIM technology is the key to the realization of information management and digital construction in the construction industry.At present,the domestic BIM application is still in its infancy,and the electromechanical design units are still mainly based on two-dimensional design,while BIM is used locally.The electromechanical installation units are fighting each other and the information models are not shared.The operation and maintenance management unit files are confusing and the data missing problem is serious.The construction unit is unable to grasp the progress of the project efficiently and timely.With the complexity and intelligence of electromechanical engineering,the project cannot be used of the existing project management model.Therefore,the BIM integrated management of the entire construction process should be promoted as soon as possible and the application research of BIM technology is of great significance to promote the informatization of the construction industry.This article relies on the BIM virtual simulation project of a kindergarten college in Shenyang.In view of the actual problems and needs of the new kindergarten project,the application research work of BIM technology is carried out from both engineering and teaching aspects,using Revit,Navisworks,Energy Plus and other software in the BIM family which completed the work of model establishment,comprehensive collision inspection of the pipe network,economic analysis,rendering and roaming in later stage of construction,year-round load calculation of air conditioners,scheme design and indoor thermal comfort analysis.Through the application analysis of the three stages from design,acceptance and operation,the ideas and methods of BIM technology is integrated applicated in the whole process of construction are given,and the application scope of BIM technology is extended from engineering management to practical teaching,also used in universities about enrollment promotion of the unit.In the design phase,the local model and the overall model of BIM were applied and studied respectively.Aiming at the change of air-conditioning scheme,BIM's core modeling software,Revit,was used to establish partial models for three alternative design schemes,net height check and initial investment comparison,combined with FLUENT software to simulate airflow simulation,analyze the temperature and velocity distribution laws and the optimal design plan was determined.The BIM overall model was used to complete collision inspection and pipeline synthesis,and optimize the spatial orientation of the electromechanical system.In the acceptance phase,the indoor thermal environment was tested and simulated with the application of virtual and real combined acceptance.Aiming at the problem of air-conditioning effect inspection,the actual room was tested for comfort.At the same time,the IDF format model was established by using the Energy Plus software of BIM energy consumption software,and the change trend of indoor thermal environment comfort was obtained by simulation.Comparative analysis of the measured and simulated results make sure that the simulation results are basically consistent with the actual measurement and the simulation can be used to check whether the indoor thermal comfort meets the standard all periods of the year.In the operation phase,the application research was conducted on building energy management and practical teaching needs.Combined with Navisworks software,the annual energy consumption forecast of the building and the air conditioning load are calculated hourly throughout the year.Combined with the automatic control system,which can realize energy-saving operation management.Using the visual rendering and roaming technology of Navisworks software,the IDF model and roaming animation of the kindergarten building were established,which can be used for the enrollment propaganda of the use unit and the practical teaching of the environment-building major in universities.Through in-depth exploration of the application points of BIM technology in the design,acceptance and operation of actual projects,the integrated application of BIM technology in the entire construction process has been achieved,which can also be used to build college construction practice teaching platforms and enrollment promotion websites.A reference can be provided through the research results for the construction industry to comprehensively promoting the application of BIM technology,which is conducive to give full play to the role and value of BIM technology and promote the application scope of BIM technology.
