The energy crisis and global warming have aroused widespread concern all over the world.The energy consumption of the construction industry accounts for 25%to40%of the total energy consumption of buildings.People are increasingly aware that promoting sustainable development of buildings is the key to deal with energy problems.Such environment promotes the vigorous development of green building in China.As the implementation of people-oriented thought,comfort has become an important index to measure the performance of green building.However,the existing research in China pay not enough attention to green building indoor thermal comfort.Different versions of criteria and indicators were used for evaluation of thermal comfort.As one of the effective means of building indoor thermal environment,research on air conditioning heating terminal equipment mostly stays in the stage of the design and simulation,the operability is weak,and is not convenient for popularization and application.Based on this background,this paper takes high-star green buildings in cold regions,hot summer regions and warm winter regions as the research object,and studies their thermal comfort and operation strategy optimization of air-conditioning and heating ends.First,the indoor objective thermal environment data were continuously collected to obtain the actual thermal environment distribution of green buildings.New indexes used to evaluate the indoor thermal environment of green buildings were brought up.That is,OTC_D(Over Thermal Comfort Distance)and OTC_P(Over Thermal Comfort Percentage).In addition,the value of OTC_P in the same building indoor thermal environment under different foreign thermal comfort standards are compared.Secondly,a questionnaire survey of indoor thermal comfort in green buildings was carried out.1669 valid questionnaires were collected.Combined with the subjective and objective thermal comfort evaluation results,a modified model for the subjective thermal sensation of human body in air-conditioned rooms in green buildings in China was proposed,and the thermal operative temperature and thermal comfort zone of different building climate zones were obtained.The thermal operative temperature and thermal comfort zone of cold area is 24.7?and 22.5~26.9?,the thermal operative temperature and thermal comfort zone of hot summer and warm winter area is 25.9?,the thermal comfort temperature range of 23.1~28.8?.The thermally neutral relative humidity of the two climate zones is basically the same,but the comfort humidity range in the hot summer and warm winter regions has a higher upper limit,up to 84%.Finally,operation strategy research through typical terminal devices that are widely used in green building and personnel regulation behavior were conducted.The advantages and disadvantages in creating building indoor thermal environment were analyzed.The main influencing factors of actual operation strategies were obtained and the optimization and promotion model of actual operation strategies were put forward,which can give suggestions to the optimization of operation strategies.The content of this paper can provide reference for the research of indoor thermal comfort and optimal operation of air conditioning and heating terminal of the green building in China.
