The level of human thermal comfort demand is closely related to the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning in buildings,that is,low demand means low energy consumption and high demand means large energy consumption.my country has diverse regional climates,rich building types,and different heating methods.There is a huge difference in the actual thermal comfort needs of residents.However,the existing building codes use 18°C as the basis for all winter heating indoor thermal environment control and building thermal engineering design,failing to reflect the differentiated thermal comfort level of residents in my country,which is not conducive to the targeted solution of building energy efficiency.This article aims at the cold area taking Xi'an as an example,conducts research on indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort diversity of heating residential buildings,discusses the comprehensive impact of heating mode on the indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort level of buildings,and proposes to be suitable for the actual residents' needs.Provide a basis for interior design temperature that is more in line with China's building energy efficiency strategy.The main research contents are as follows:First,sort out the literature on the field research of the indoor thermal environment and human thermal comfort of residential buildings in China,and analyze the main factors that affect the winter thermal environment and human thermal comfort of residential buildings.It is found that the heating method is the most important influencing factor of the indoor thermal environment of the northern heating building,and the indoor environment of long-term residence is the most direct influencing factor of the diversified needs of the human bodySecondly,the indoor thermal environment of the central heating,household heating,and intermittent heating residential houses was measured to study the effect of heating mode on the indoor thermal environment.It was found that the effects of central heating,household heating,and intermittent heating on the indoor environment are mainly reflected in three aspects: indoor average temperature,temporal stability of temperature distribution,and spatial uniformity.Then,in the central heating,household heating,household heating intermittent heating residential winter thermal comfort survey,comparing the different heating methods of indoor thermal environment and the difference in household heat demand,to obtain the neutral temperature and comfort of the human body in different heating modes Interval.Finally,a simulation study of energy consumption was carried out on the houses of continuous heating,district heating,and time-division heating,to study the relationship between indoor comfort temperature and energy consumption.Taking Xi'an as an example,the suitable range of interior design temperature under different heating modes is given.
