Urban comprehensive management corridor is a kind of underground engineering in the city.It is an effective way to relieve the urban space congestion and make full use of underground space.The type of project is similar to that of urban rail transit engineering.Some Western developed countries have successfully integrated mature underground rail transit projects with large-scale underground comprehensive pipeline systems to form a comprehensive underground space comprehensive utilization system.The development of urbanization in our country is uneven.In recent years,under the impetus of the state policy,the urban integrated management corridor project has been built in more and more cities in China and has begun to take shape.However,due to the lack of relevant operational experience,urban integrated management corridor projects generally face risks in the operation process.The risk management of the city integrated management corridor is based on the comprehensive identification,analysis and careful evaluation of risks,boldly predicting and taking active measures to effectively control the risk process.Due to the long time of operation of the PPP project in the urban integrated management corridor,there are many stakeholders involved.In this process,there are a large number of uncertainties,emergencies,random factors,etc.,and the risks involved are also present.The impact on the operation and maintenance of the project,And with the passage of time,the continuous deepening of the operation and maintenance work,such as the improper handling of various risk factors by the social capital,will have a very serious impact on the implementation of the project,and even determine the success or failure of the project.This paper studies all kinds of risk factors faced by PPP project in the period of operation and maintenance.The 28 identified risk factors are analyzed by principal component analysis.After dimensionality reduction,six risk categories are obtained.Then the hierarchical analysis method is applied to obtain the standard levels and levels of risk index system.The weight of index layer is calculated.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to quantify the risk information,which provides quantitative reference for risk control research.In order to provide reference for the risk management and prevention of PPP project in the operation and maintenance period,and provide support for the risk management of PPP project.
