Study On Experience Landscape Design In Residential Demonstration Area

“Experience” is the most direct way for people to recognize the landscape.When people place themselves in the landscape,they come into contact with landscape element and spatial experience information through perception.The content and depth of experience will directly affect people's preference for various landscape sites.Therefore,the form,quality and popularity of landscape depend on the regularity and manner of experience.In recent years,the demand of residence is raising;the competition real estate industry is intensifying;and the spiritual experience of dwelling is being more emphasized.Consequently,the thesis,exerting the concept of “experience” on landscape design of residential demonstration areas,has profound significance to further study.For one,it provides people who likely to purchase homey sense of experience and arouses expectations for better life;for another,unleash the space potential of human settlement.Based on residential demonstration areas as research object,this thesis goes into experiential landscape construction.The author adopts research methods like field research,literature research and empirical study,to reveal the practical significance of experiential design theory applying in landscape design;moreover,analyzes the relevant research findings and theoretical basis at both home and abroad.This research is conducted under the framework of environmental psychology,environmental behavior theory and environmental arousal theory,studying the relationship between spatial experience and landscape construction in residential demonstration areas.Three representative residential demonstration areas are selected for analysis,on the basis of clarifying people's sensorial,behavioral and spiritual needs and preferences,to summarize the influence elements of spatial experience on experiential landscape construction in residential demonstration areas.By sorting out the landscape experience sequence relation,spatial functional layout,and experiential spatial category,the author puts forward the key point of experiential landscape design of residential demonstration areas,which takes function organization as the premise,classification as the method,and complete and abundant of experience process as the key.Furthermore,the demonstration study is applied to practice design,differentiating space category by “experience” to create the experiential landscape with reasonable function,unique style,creativity and scenery.The design of experiential landscape is irreplaceable in it of residential demonstration areas.The concept and impact of spatial experience are always involved in from the program design to final construction.
