| With rapid development of our economy,the competition in real estate is increasingly fierce as as well.In order to comply with development of market,the marketing of demonstrative residential areas created as responding to the trend.The paper studied landscape design of demonstrative residential areas through experience as starting point.The purpose is to deepen experience-oriented landscape design method,create wider colorful living environment for realizing more effective commercial promotion.The paper combed research status of landscape experience of demonstrative residential areas from home and abroad and defined relative conception of landscape experience.Secondly,it surveyed landscape experience quality of competitive ones surrounding Zhongtieyuexianghu demonstrative residential areas through spot survey,made questionnaire on experience entities and then it conducted summary combining with results of questionnaire data.Thus,it proposed that profound stimulus to human being's perception,behavior and emotional experience plays significant influence on experience-oriented landscape design.Centering on human being's perception,behavior and emotional factors,it proposed to take multi-dimensional experience as design guidance for meeting experience entities' demands of higher level to landscape design of demonstrative residential areas.The paper employed Zhongtieyuexianghu demonstrative residential areas as practical case of landscape design,combined with human being's perception,behavior and emotional experience to plan three experience areas of the demonstrative residential areas,like ritual space,negotiation space and exposition space.This design organically connected experience lines and scene junctures with three experiences and collected exhibited the combination of interactive devices,road paving,water,plants arrangements with experience-oriented design,and jointly shaped a demonstrative residential areas different from traditional ones. |
