Research On Experience Landscape Design Of Demonstration Area Of Residential Buildings

In the age of experience economy,experience becomes a new way to exchange products and new sources of value.When a tough competition rises in the real estate market,the demonstration area of residential buildings becomes a new marketing concept which real estate companies maked responds to the market changes.With experience as the starting point for the research on the landscape design of the demonstration area,experience design becomes a key factor for determining the quality of the landscape of demonstration are.The experience landscape has an important influence on sensory,behavioral and emotional experience of the buyers.Now the construction of demonstration area is still in the development stage,and the research on the experience landscape of the demonstration area was not studied enough,particularly in the design strategies which still missed.And it also has the problems of the design quality and experience effect.The innovation of this thesis is do the research from the standpoint of the real estate area,whcih based on the experience landscape design theory.According to the above situations,this thesis has six parts to make the research on the experience landscape design of the demonstration area of residential buildings.The first chapter describes the research background,analysis the current research of the experience landscape.With experience as the starting point for the research on the landscape design of the demonstration area,it makes the relevant definitions for the experience landscape,and makes clearly on the research of the purpose and significance of this thesis.The second chapter is the research which based on the environmental behavior theory.It makes analysis on the way of experience,the characteristic of experience and the contents of experience,the environmental behavior theory has important value on the research of the experience landscape design of the demonstration area.The third chapter is the investigation of the experience landscape of the demonstration area.It communicated with people through questioning and visiting the demonstration area,and analysis the experience landscape of the demonstration area through site investigation and questionnaire data.Finally,it puts forward that the difference between the sense,behavior and emotion experience of people have important value on the experience landscape design of the demonstration area.The fourth chapter is the research of the design strategy,it puts forward the basic forms of the experience landscape design of the demonstration area,and investigate the scene design of the demonstration area.Finally,it provides design strategies and methods for how to let people get better landscape experience in the demonstration area.The fifth chapter is the use of the design strategy,analysis the landscape design with the experience landscape design theory in a demonstration area case,and verify the feasibility and value of the design strategy.The finally chapter is conclusions and prospects,the experience landscape design has important value on the development trend and construction of the demonstration area of residential buildings.For example,the sense expericence design,the humanisitc care design and so on. In order to improve the design quality and experience effect,it puts forward proposals on how to improve the experience landscape design of the demonstration area.
