With the acceleration of urbanization and the further development of social economy,people’s requirements for living environment are increasing.Therefore,people pay more attention to the quality of living environment when purchasing houses.However,the core factor that affects the living environment is living.District green space planning and design.Therefore,for urban construction,the importance of landscape design in urban residential areas has become increasingly prominent.However,in the specific design process,various considerations are required,resulting in a significant increase in complexity.In this regard,it is imperative to further improve the landscape design of urban residential areas.Based on the review and analysis of the landscape related data of residential areas,this paper elaborates on the existing situation of residential area landscape research,points out the existing drawbacks of residential area landscape,and based on specific cases,carries out detailed analysis.Based on the above work,this paper takes the second phase of Hengda Huafu Residential Area in Hohhot as the main case study,and designs the landscape planning of the residential area in detail.Based on the understanding of relevant knowledge and theory,this paper focuses on three factors when designing the landscape planning of residential areas.First,the age distribution characteristics of residents in residential areas;second,the psychological feelings of residents in residential areas;third,living The outdoor experience of the residents of the district,through the research and analysis of the landscape design ideas of the residential area,strives to build an optimal environment suitable for most residents.Hohhot Hengda Huafu is located on the bank of the riverside of the mother river in Saihan District,Hohhot,and is only one line away from the riverside landscape belt.The overall architectural style is continental neo-classical architecture.Since the establishment of the residential area,it has been based on the "people-oriented"educational philosophy,using a variety of research methods,such as literature research.in-depth interviews,case analysis,etc.,with the Hengda Washington residential area as the core,the campus landscape has been detailed The planning and design is expected to meet the basic needs of the site functions to the greatest extent,and strive to present the excellent effects of "changing the scenery and shifting the scenery".
