Rural Residential Investigation Report Of Luonan County

In recent years,under the historical task of building a new socialist countryside and the policy background of building a beautiful countryside,optimizing rural dwellings and improving the quality of villagers’ lives has always been the direction of the construction industry.In rural society,regional independence is also carried out in the formation and development of dwellings.In accordance with this rule,dwellings in different regions show different characteristics and evolve under the common influence of existing external conditions and internal development drivers.The rural dwellings in Luonan county have entered the peak period of upgrading,and their evolution rules and basic characteristics seem to be covered up by the appearance of abundant forms and diversification.The contemporary positioning and future development trend are increasingly vague,and the research on the field of folk dwellings in this area is relatively blank.In this context,this project,based on the "Luonan targeted poverty alleviation rural planning project of science and technology" of Xi ’an University of Architecture and Technology,makes a basic investigation and research on the current situation and evolution causes of rural dwellings in Luonan county,summarizes existing problems and proposes optimization countermeasures.This paper firstly reviews the general situation and historical evolution of Luonan county,and gives a preliminary understanding of the development mode and morphological characteristics of local villages.In Luonan county for limits,eastern,southern,western,northern and central towns in most of five general census,carding village morphology and village dwellings overall situation,in the second stage of research,in-depth residence status,record the rural residential construction property, analysis of the various stages of space form,construction technology and the characteristics,as well as the natural and human factors in the process of evolution,summed up the regional developing regularity and the performance of the evolution of local-style dwelling houses built on south village residence system and complete cognitive.Faced with limited resources bearing capacity and the rising of living demand,rural dwellings by spontaneous evolution,slow mode of trial and error to debug our own relationship with the environment,and then,the paper discusses the evolution of residential deposit in the process of old and new,summarizes common problems,and puts forward the benign development direction of rural residence,the south ditch beautiful countryside community construction project as an example the optimizing reform mode of both residential and industrial transformation plan,in southern Shaanxi rural characteristics in residential design as an example to explore the regional design strategy of new dwellings,which provides the reference for related to areas of new rural construction.The evolution of folk dwellings is a historical book reflecting the vicissitudes of rural areas from ancient times to the present.It is a long-term and arduous task to deeply understand the living conditions in rural areas,explore the development direction of folk dwellings,and pay attention to and improve the living environment of farmers,which is also of great significance.
