Shared car is welcomed by users because of its convenient operation and low travel cost.It develops rapidly in big cities.However,there are still some operational problems such as car use and parking.On the one hand,the development trend of shared car is not integrated into the network layout,considering the influence of parking space,charging service and other factors on the network layout.On the other hand,the unreasonable operation dispatch of shared cars affects satisfaction degree.Therefore,this paper studies the location and dispatching method of shared vehicle network,which provides a basis for the operation of shared vehicle.Firstly,starting from the concept of car sharing,this paper's the scope of the research on shared cars is studied.and the development situation,problems of shared cars,the impact of urban road network layout on the service scope of shared cars are studied,and the method to determine the actual service scope of network points is put forward.Secondly,combined with the analysis of location factors and classification of network points,the method of combining evaluation system and optimization model is used to study the location of shared vehicles.The evaluation system is established from the aspects of accessibility,parking space supply and charging service.The weight of evaluation index is quantified by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the maximum service coverage model is established to screen the candidate points.Then,the optimization model with minimum cost and user convenience as the objective is established,and the model is solved by yalmip optimization tool.Thirdly,combined with the principle of scheduling and the analysis of influencing factors,the impact of dispatcher number and uneven distribution on the choice of scheduling tasks under actual demand is studied,and a scheduling path optimization model based on actual demand is constructed,and the model is solved by using yalmip optimization tool.Finally,a case study of the location method in Huangpu District of Shanghai is carried out to verify the location method,and the sensitivity analysis of the change of the minimum distance between the available parking spaces and the network points to the location layout is carried out.In dispatching case validation,the dispatching path schemes with different numbers of personnel and different locations are obtained,and based on the least cost and the highest user satisfaction,the sensitivity analysis of the impact of unit dispatching distance cost change on the completion degree of dispatching tasks is carried out.
