| With the continuous advancement of China’s modernization construction and rapid economic growth,problems such as large consumption of resources,serious waste,environmental pollution and destruction of ecological environment have become increasingly prominent in the construction of transportation engineering,which greatly threatens the sustainable development of society.As an important infrastructure for water transport,inland waterways need to implement the concept of green development and strengthen ecological protection in the process of design,construction and maintenance management.This paper takes the inland river channel of Jiangsu Province as the research object and explores the way of greening the whole life cycle of the channel construction.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Investigate and analyze the current situation of Jiangsu inland waterway,introduce the design,construction and maintenance management tasks in the whole life cycle construction of the channel,outline the green economic theory and river ecology theory related to green channel construction,and develop green on this basis.The identification and analysis of the channel construction elements proposes that the green channel construction elements are energy-saving and low-carbon,resource-saving,ecological protection and environmentally friendly.(2)Using the system analysis method to analyze the relationship between the subsystems of the Jiangsu inner river green channel construction and the structure of the Guide from different angles.Based on the intrinsic relationship between the life cycle tasks,green elements and systems,the study proposes the principles,basis,system structure and content framework for the preparation of the Guide,and clarifies the main contents of the construction guide.In the preparation of the design guide,the research focuses on the overall design,revetment design,riparian corridor design,navigation mark design,waterway service area design,dredging engineering,earthwork engineering and other waterway construction sub-projects;Research on green construction factors such as material recycling and material recycling,land resource conservation,energy conservation,ecological protection,environmental control and management;in the preparation of conservation management guidelines,focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction,resource intensification,ecological protection and restoration Research on green conservation factors such as environmental pollution prevention and conservation management information technology,and finally form the appendix "Guidelines for the Construction of Jiangsu Neihe Green Waterway".(3)Screening the existing criteria for the construction of green channel construction,and constructing the channel ecological safety evaluation model based on the analysis of the ecological safety issues of the channel.It summarizes the quantitative criteria for green channel construction formed by relevant document regulations,research results and practical experience in engineering application,including energy saving and low carbon,resource conservation and environmental friendliness,but it is relatively lacking in ecological protection standards.Therefore,the ecological evaluation index of the channel is selected by referring to the relevant results of the river ecological evaluation,and the operability evaluation model is established by using the entropy weight method-composite index evaluation method,and the quantitative judgment standard of the ecological protection of the inland river green channel is given,which can be used for the navigation channel.The ecological health status is judged.(4)Summarize the existing technical methods for the construction of inland river green channel,introduce its characteristics and advantages,and facilitate the promotion and application.For example,ecological revetment technology has been diversified in the Su Nei channel;in green construction,the overall assembly construction technology adopts prefabrication and on-site hoisting to reduce the negative impact of construction while ensuring the quality of the components;It saves the economic cost of bridge reconstruction and effectively avoids waste of resources;the integrated construction method of water concrete pump realizes concrete water transportation and water pouring,and it is not necessary to build construction road along the river to save construction cost.In terms of maintenance management,new technologies such as multi-beam sounding,drone cruise,and low-carbon maintenance of navigation aids have greatly improved the effectiveness of waterway maintenance and reduced labor costs and resource consumption during maintenance. |
