| Now, our country is in the rapid development of the urbanization, and facing someproblems like energy consumption and the deterioration of the ecological environment. Duringthe development of the urbanization, the real estate appears a predicament which the quantityincrease but the quality keeps invariable, and the homogenization phenomenon is serious, andlack of the core competence, at the same time, these situation mixed with the environmentaldeterioration, which blocked the development of the real estate seriously. In order to make thereal estate develop sustainably, building the green ecological building becoming necessary andurgent, and it’s the direction of the real estate development. In this thesis, the writer regards thegreen ecological building as the research subjects, engineering practice and the benefitassessment for the research content and the GF project as the example, to analyze practicallythe green ecological building.In this thesis, the writer makes clear the related conception of the green ecologicalbuilding first, and reviews its’ development history and applied situation, then to state its’design concept and popularize, these are all ready for the later practice. Then explains someengineering practices used frequently in building the green ecological building, these providethe theory evidence and the methods for the later practical work. At the end, uses theseengineering methods in the practical project, through benefit assessment to know environmentbenefit, economic benefit and the social benefit produced in using the different engineeringpractices.According to the research, the green ecological theory just in the start and trial stage,with the concept transformation, the green ecological building will have a wide developmentspace, among these green ecological technologies, the best usability is the water savingdevices technology and the lighting energy saving technology, and through analyzing thespecific cases, using sewage treatment and reuse system, water circulation system, the use ofwater saving devices, sunshine garage design theory, mechanical parking technology, and thelighting energy saving will get composite economic results to4,808,700¥in a year. Besidesthat, because the greening rate and the water saving rate increase greatly, it will produce a good environment benefit and a pleasant living social benefit. Among these green ecologicalbuilding technologies, the best economic benefit created from the sewage treatment and reusesystem, then is the use of water saving devices, their two should be spread properly.So, the government should strive to develop the green ecological technology, and usethe green ecological theory in the real estate industry, and contribute for beautifying theenvironment and achieving the sustainable development. |
